The 23RD Quartermaster Brigade Equal Opportunity App is designed to educate Soldiers, leaders and families within the 23RD Quartermaster Brigade and the Quartermaster School on the Armys Equal Opportunity (EO) Program.
The app includes emergency phone numbers for the 23RD QM BDE EOA, Battalion EO Leaders and the Installation Senior EO Hotline.
